for Upper Pier Avenue and how do you see the design of the “streetscape” project?
Should Upper Pier Avenue
remain at four lanes or reduce it to two lanes?

Would you widen the sidewalks and should the wider sidewalks be used for outdoor dining, and or retail sales?
What type of “business mix” do you want or not want on Upper Pier Ave?

any “lessons learned” regarding the 1997 Pier
Plaza renovation, from the RU/DAT
design study to what Pier
Plaza is today, that
can be applied to the Upper Pier
